Joseph “Joey” Patrick Griswold
Joey attended grade school in Lafayette, graduated from Frankfort High School in 1998, and attended Ivy-Tech, serving his apprenticeship for Federal Mogul. He loved his motorcycle and most importantly his family and his children. He moved to Frankfort from Lafayette in the early 90’s and in the Maintenance dept. at Federal Mogul for 10 years.
He married Michele L. Gill on September 13, 1997, and she survives him.
Survivors include his Wife of Mulberry; 2 Children – Keylee Belle Griswold & Draven Patrick Griswold both at home; his
Parents – Father - James Patrick (wife Carol) Griswold of Lafayette and Mother - Sharon L. (husband Phil) Crutchfield of Frankfort; Maternal Grandparents – James & Judy Haynes of Lafayette; 2 Sisters – Kelly Mekos of Lafayette & Melissa Fletcher of Lafayette; 6 Brothers – Jamie Mekos of West Lafayette & Marc Mekos of Monticello, James P. Freeman of Lafayette & Justin Freeman of Lafayette, Mark Freeman of Mississippi & Darin Hampton of Palm Bay, FL.

Joseph “Joey” Patrick Griswold, 28, of Mulberryt, IN died on August 30, 2008 at the Methodist Hosital as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born on November 11, 1979 in Lafayette, IN to parents James Patrick Griswold & Sharon L. (Haynes) Crutchfield.
