William Brittain
William Brittain, 60, of 1008 Hawthorne Street Frankfort, IN, died on Friday, March 27, 2009 at Parkview Home.

He was born June 28, 1948 in Clinton County Indiana to parents Charles E. and Elizabeth J. (Crum) Brittain.

He married Rita York and they divorced, Teresa Hale and they divorced, Donna Cooper and they divorced as well as
Josalee Pippenger Copas in 2005. Josalee survives him.

William graduated from Frankfort High School in 1966 and served in the US Army from 1966-1969 including time in Vietnam. He worked the last 4 years at Customer Building Products, previously worked for Norfolk and Southern Railroad for 11 years and 10 years at Caterpillar. He worked for several years as a construction worker in the Southern United States. Mr. Brittain enjoyed bowling and woodworking and making things for friends. He has attended the Christian Life Church and was a former member of the VFW.

He is survived by his Wife of Frankfort, Daughter Priscilla (John) Worth of Frankfort and Britt York of Frankfort,
Step-Children Teola Copas of Crawfordsville, Michael and Kevin (Wife Rhea) Copas of Frankfort, 3 brothers: Mike and Robert Brittain of Frankfort and Chuck Brittain of Texas, 1 sister Connie Watson of Frankfort, 4 Grandchildren: Mallorie Worth, Levi & Tandra York and Brittany Bishop and 6 Step-Grand children Micole and Cameron Copas, Ashley, Jonathon and Tyler Worth & Robert Mitchell as well as 1 great-granddaughter, Ki Bishop.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Sister Linda Hinson and Brother Jeffery Nance.
